NBB question from Kerry:
Does anyone have any advice on increasing breast milk? Bub won't drink direct from the breast as he fusses, squirms, scratches and cries so I know he doesn't drink much if any. This of course results in me pulling him off the boob and giving him a bottle of expressed milk or formula. When I express I only get about 50mls over several hours so it's nowhere near enough for even one feed as Bub takes 120mls per feed (he's 5 weeks) I've started taking Blessed Thistle and Fenugreek and tried boobie bikkies but I know there's not much milk in there as my boobs never feel full or heavy. Is there anyway of increasing my milk? ball styled items to wear for the wedding preparation
